We've built an exceptional team over the years - but don't just take our word for it. In our Meet #TeamXynomix series you'll get to know some of the people you may speak to on a daily basis as well as those who keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Sarah has been our Operations Manager for just over a year now and we caught up with her to find out how that year has been.

What's your job title at Xynomix?

Operations Manager

How long have you worked for Xynomix?

Just over a year, but it feels like 10 (read into that what you will!)

What is the Operations Manager's role at Xynomix?

I’m an all rounder. My role looks at assisting the Directors with managing the compliance of the company (most recently ISO 27001:2013), Health & Safety, the HR function, the legal function, the Service Delivery team and implementation of business processes.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

It’s a cliche, but the people. We have staff members who have been here a lot longer than I have (one of which is nearly 17 years in the job) and each and every person has made me feel welcome.

How would you describe Xynomix in three words?

Energetic, supportive & entertaining

What’s been your biggest achievement at Xynomix so far?

Without a doubt, helping the company reach and maintain the certification for ISO 27001:2013

Which actress would be best suited to play you in a movie about your life?

Roisin Conaty

What’s your biggest passion outside of work?

It’s really hard to pinpoint my biggest passion; I have so many interests that help me to unwind, but if i had to give one (which I realise is the point of this question) then it would have to be music… I love listening to lots of different types of music and it’s rare that I don’t have music on throughout the day, even in the background.

What’s your motto or personal mantra?

This is a little bit of a trick question as it depends on my mood and can regularly change, so I’ll give you today’s: “You can do anything, but not everything.”
