Managing Director (and founder)
Following on from the 9/11 tragedy I was made redundant in November 2001 and had some time to contemplate my next move. During this time, I had to return my laptop and work phone via Dave Noble, who lived close by. When I dropped these items off to him, we ended up chatting about what I was going to do next. The options included becoming a plumber, finding another job working for someone else, or doing my own thing. At this point, Dave said that if I decided to do my own thing, he would come and join me. And the rest is history!
Spin plates!… In all seriousness, I try and provide a good working environment where people can grow their skills and enjoy their job.
The people. Without a doubt the most rewarding part of working at Xynomix is the people, many of whom I’ve known for over 20 years now.
