Working within the technical team to support the departmental team leaders and the Technical Services Manager to ensure assignments are scheduled with the correctly experienced consultant and within the time required by the customer.
The role will include liaising directly with the Service Delivery Team and Technical Service Team to provide an efficient and high quality experience for customers.
As well as managing the company helpdesk portal, the Technical Services Coordinator will need to have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. The role will require a strong interest in computing or a willingness to understand database fundamentals in order to assist with technical service authentication.
The Technical Services Coordinator will report to the Technical Services Manager, assisting with the technical team reporting and other technical team coordination.
The role is part of a small, friendly, hardworking team and the company has a family-feel to their style and as such, the individual must be prepared to work in a “small-company” environment with a ‘muck in’ approach and attitude to the work.
The role is based at the company HQ in Nottingham, UK.
