Job Summary

The business is looking for a customer focussed relationship manager with an ability to oversee client projects and professional services, both internally and externally.

Leading the Service Delivery Team to ensure the smooth transition from sale confirmation to service completion, this individual will be required to work alongside Account Managers and the Technical Service Manager to enhance the customer relationship experience.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and a professional manner, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve by thinking outside the box. Being well organised will be vital to juggling the many tasks involved in this role.

Minimum 5 years experience in a customer facing role and 4 years team leadership experience required.

The individual will be required to attend client meetings on occasion and the role will be based at the company HQ in Nottingham, UK.
