Which Oracle platforms do you support?

We support all Oracle database platforms, from version 6 through to 11g. Some of our Senior DBAs began DBA life as Oracle 6 administrators and none of our team have less than 10 years’ experience working with a number of Oracle versions.

Which SQL Server versions do you support?

We offer support for all versions of SQL Server, including SQL Server 2000 / SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008.

How do you achieve remote access to clients’ database servers?

Typically, we access remotely through a secure VPN connection, but can use alternative methods if required.

How safe is it for me to engage with Xynomix for support and remote management?

Xynomix operate on a set of standard secure procedures and processes for remote system management, incorporating strict SLAs and individual security clearance for all DBAs.

Monitoring, Backup and Recovery, Upgrades, Tuning and Troubleshooting can all be successfully undertaken from Xynomix’ remote location, as effectively and securely as if the work was being undertaken onsite.
